Microwave (Fastest Method)

1. Place shumai dumplings on a microwavable tray.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high.
3. Cook 6 pieces for 3 minutes (30-40 seconds per piece).

Air Fryer

1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
2. Place shumai dumplings in the air fryer basket.
3. Cook 6 pieces for 8 minutes.

Steaming

1. Fill a steamer with sufficient water and bring to a boil.
2. Steam over high heat for 17-18 minutes.

Deep Frying

1. Preheat oil to 350°F.
2. Carefully place shumai dumplings into the oil.
3. Fry for 4-5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
