Shishito Peppers

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp – Canola Oil
- 7 Oz – Shishito Peppers
- 1 Tbsp – Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- ¼ Tsp – Hondashi®
- 1 Tbsp – Lemon Juice
- To Taste – Salt
- Garnish – Sesame Seeds
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat canola oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add Shishito peppers and cook, turning occasionally, until blistered on all sides.
3. Dissolve Hondashi® into the soy sauce, then pour over the blistered peppers and toss until evenly coated.
4. Add lemon juice and season with salt to taste. Remove from heat.
5. Transfer the peppers to a serving plate, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
