Spicy Yakisoba

Spicy Yakisoba is a flavorful and satisfying dish that brings together tender pork belly, crisp cabbage, and hearty yakisoba noodles in a savory, spicy sauce. Infused with the aromatic kick of red chiles and the umami depth of Hondashi®, this dish is a delightful blend of textures and flavors. The noodles are stir-fried to perfection, absorbing all the rich flavors from the garlic, soy sauce, and pork belly, making each bite a delicious experience. INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp – Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tsp – Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tbsp – Red Chiles, Sliced
  • 4 Oz – Pork Belly, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 ½ Cups – Cabbage, Sliced Into Rectangles
  • 16 Oz – Yakisoba Noodles, Prepared
  • 1 Tbsp – Water
  • 1 Tsp – Hondashi®
  • 1 Tbsp – Soy Sauce
HONDASHI® Bonito Soup Stock 2.11 oz Bottle

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sliced red chiles to the pan and cook until fragrant.
3. Add thinly sliced pork belly to the pan and cook until done.
4. Add sliced cabbage and cook until tender. Add prepared yakisoba noodles and water.
5. Stir in Hondashi® and soy sauce, and sauté until everything is well coated and heated through.
6. Serve and enjoy!
